Lee Pui Yee (Pui Yee)

Lee Pui Yee (Pui Yee) was conferred a Bachelor of Laws, LLB (Hons) with Second Class Honours (Upper Division) from University of London in 2012. She then completed and obtained her Certificate of Legal Practice in 2013.

She commenced her legal practice at Messrs Jeff Leong, Poon & Wong, initially served as a pupil and later as a legal associate in the Corporate and Commercial practice group after she was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2014. During her tenure there, she was exposed to corporate and commercial advisory work, providing legal advice to both public listed companies and private companies.

She then joined Messrs Isharidah, Ho, Chong & Menon where she worked with senior partner, Dato’ Thomas Koh, for over eight years, gaining extensive experience in corporate, commercial and real estate transactional matters.

Her corporate and commercial experience spans joint ventures, disposal and acquisition of business and shares as well as drafting of shareholders agreements, supply and distribution agreements. In addition, she has substantial experience in real estate transactions, encompassing joint venture, disposal and acquisition of real estate, lease, tenancy, and financing documents. She also provides legal advisory on a wide range of development projects, including industrial, commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties.

She has assisted clients across various industries, including retail, distribution, food and beverage, poultry and commodity supply, property development, construction and project management.

Now at Messrs Afif Rahman & Chong, she continues to provide legal advice on a broad spectrum of corporate, commercial and real estate matters, leveraging her extensive experience to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
